Wikia, founded by Jimmy Wales, the founder of Wikipedia, is assisting in the launch of an online news-magazine about non-profits that serve the Silicon Valley - written, edited & produced by students in the valley.

Articles are being planned in preparation for an orientation meeting with the editorial staff of the site. Please let us know if there are any developments, events, profiles, or other stories that you would want included in the publication. You may email the editor, or enter your recommendation into the table below.

The orientation has been scheduled for Saturday, November 11 2006, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the Blossom River Community Room, 1000 Blossom River Way, San Jose CA 95123 (across Oakridge Mall). If you want to attend, please register here.
