Milton Cadena is the Director of the Eastside Neighborhood Center, Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. He's worked in the public sector and in nonprofits since 1996, first as a Research Assistant at the University of California, as a Program Assistant at the County of Santa Clara Office of Human Relations (where he was recognized for his work in assisting low-income new immigrants), then as Program Coordinator for Economic Development Services at Catholic Charities. He has a BA in Sociology & Political Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, and a Masters in Public Administration from San Jose State University. Milton's principal interests are in international development, work in Latin America, and in United Nations programs.
